The LPN is a charge nurse position and provides advice and leadership to our caregivers as well as passes medications, performs treatments, collaborates with our RNs in the overall care of our residents.
This position will also require problem-solving, entering orders, and messaging doctors in the relevant care of our residents.
We prefer individuals with long-term care experience; however, have had many new nurses do a wonderful job.
Time management, leadership, and a positive attitude are important attributes of all nurses.
