We are looking for someone who can provide the highest level of service and grow to do more in the years to come.
This is a full time position with the option for it to be a full time year-round position with guaranteed hours in the winter.
Duties:
Manage and work alongside crew on general garden work weeding and pruning Manage new garden client leads and add on sales for existing clients Manage and operate fertilizer/weed control programs for garden beds Create annual and container plantings plans and implement Manage and work alongside crew on spring and fall cleanups
