This includes electrification, energy efficiency, demand response, distributed energy resources, renewables, and demand-side resources for the cooperative.
They will responsively engage members, contractors, and partners to drive adoption and sales.
Along with building new initiatives through product development.
This position will report to the VP of Energy Resources & Energy Services.
Team Members at Minnesota Valley Electric Cooperative are empowered to perform MVEC's hands-on work.
Leading by example, MVEC Team Member's focus is to:
Successfully carry out daily work, implement process improvements, suggest new ideas, serve on teams, and proactively identify and resolve problems.
Participate in setting goals and investigate training opportunities to build their skill set which allows work objectives to further the cooperatives strategy.
Work cooperatively across departments, communicate effectively and be responsive.
All Team Members are accountable to MVEC's vision and mission, serving the membership and Team with servant leadership, dedication to safety, and following the Team Member handbook.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Engage members, trade ally network, and cooperative staff on member programs to build effective networks, teach, train, troubleshoot, and sell energy technologies, products, and programs.
Monitor, report, and evaluate program performance.
Implement and promote member programs.
Develops products and programs that encompasses load management and demand response.
Partnering with internal and external Team Members on implementation processes.
Drive evolution and growth of the energy services program function.
Other duties as assigned by VP of Energy Resources & Energy Services.
Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Experience with utility energy programs, energy audits or building design/contracting/sales.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Possess excellent conflict resolution skills and the ability to multitask.
Interpersonal skills including clear and concise communication both in writing and verbally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid Driver's License.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Five (5) years' experience with utility energy programs, energy audits or building design/contracting/sales.
Two (2) years' experience of product and/or program development.
Thorough knowledge of residential buildings and residential & consumer technologies.
Electric cooperative or energy industry experience.
Compensation will depend on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
