ResponsibilitiesAs an Investor Relations Coordinator, you will partner with the Equity team to coordinate, develop and maintain existing investor relationships.
In a given day, you may:
Partner with Investor Relations Managers and Directors to schedule investor meetings.
Back-office functions such as completing notes from meetings, sending gifts, and completing follow up tasks.
Quarterly distributions Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship management) for RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) practice Manage investor and prospect CRM (Juniper Square).
Plan and coordinate travel for Managers and Directors.
Create Templates and PowerPoints for Investor Relations Manager and Directors.
Conduct investor outreach in the form of follow-up calls, texts and emails.
Send and process investor subscription agreements, process funds.
Partner with the Equity team to develop and maintain existing investor relationships.
Act as first line of communication by responding to investor emails.
Weekly reporting of the teams equity raise and sales activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field preferred Prior work experience in business or financial support/Coordination Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Computer skills:
Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Work & Excel, e mail and social media as it pertains to marketing the property.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with wide range of people.
Experience working with marketing and leasing initiatives for new development preferred.
Local market experience preferred.
Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including ability to attend occasional after-hours events and meetings.

Ability to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to:
ability to walk property, including up to 4 flights of stairs, to complete physical inspections, deliver resident communications, show apartment and drive a vehicle to visit area businesses for outreach marketing.
