Summary:
The Butcher will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products for sale in a retail setting.
The Butcher will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Cut, trim, and prepare meat products for sale Ensure that all meat products are of high quality and meet company standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Provide excellent customer service Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
