Job Purpose/
Responsibilities:
Provide quotes on price, delivery schedule, and sales terms to customers.
Provides price (quotes), delivery schedule, and sales terms per customer requests Applies knowledge of company operations and math skills required for yield calculations to determine material and labor hours necessary to produce customer orders Works with customers to understand product/parts specifications Documents estimates and corresponds with customers Follows up with customers on the status of quotes Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Every employee plays an important role in our success.

Specific Requirements:
Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations Whatever it takes mentality with a strong desire to satisfy the customer Good organizational skills and the ability to give clear instructions Familiarity with plating specs and company spec library Working knowledge of our plating process characteristics and limitations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings Ability to interact with customers and co-workers in a professional manner Ability to maintain a regular and reliable attendance record Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously Proficiency in both written and spoken English language.
Ability to work independently without supervision Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent Bachelor's degree (preferred) 7
years experience in plating processes, production, and customer service Estimating experience (preferred) Plating experience required Strong mathematical skills required Quality assurance training or equivalent experience CEF Certification (preferred) Shift:

00 pm, Monday - FridaySalary Range:
