2 years of insurance experience is preferred Property and Casualty license is preferred Life & Health license is a plus Passion for the role insurance plays in helping people manage risk and reduce financial loss Must be a team player Excellent organizational skills Self-motivated Proactive in problem solving Basic computer skills (knowledge with Office 365 a plus) Effectively communicate insurance concepts Setting insurance review appointments Working closely with the senior agent to gain an understanding of the agent's role and office logistics Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Agent:
Support the office in all aspects of managing customer accounts Respond to customer requests Make outbound calls to existing customers Assist agents in identifying cross sell opportunities Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day Job Type:
